Is There a GearBest Representative on Here?

So I tried to buy this deal the other day

It was 17.29 - but for some reason, after I purchased it, they somehow charged me $32 (which is even more than the normal price and even more then the amount quoted on their invoice).

Now, I've been trying to speak to someone on their site but I don't know if it's a language barrier or something, but I can't seem to explain to them that I want to be charged the deal price, not the full price.

Anyway, at this stage, I either just want a refund or I want to pay the price I originally agreed to. If someone is or can point me in the direction of a GearBest representative, can they please get back to me so I can actually sort this out?
