These bottles are a survivalists - errr - WET dream.
The stainless ones without paint can be used for boiling water, cooking, or even as a hot water bottle.

Someone even cooks bacon on one!
It's a high end product, I love the voss bottle but have broken enough to pay for one of these.
These are great for places the voss shouldn't or wouldn't go.
I’ve broken one voss bottle. The current one I have is about 3 year old.
Ive shatted 2 out in the bush and another due to expansion of the glass adding boiling water in winter. 4th one going strong.

I paid 8 bucks for a glass bottle with a rubber cover/condom from Aldi.
I don't doubt these are well made but it is pretty steep for a drink bottle.
Not sure about these but i have an insulated hydro flask water bottle which is about double the price. The advantage is you can leave them out in the sun or in the car and the water will still be cold when you drink out of it later in the day.
If you're near a TK Maxx they had some stock a while ago for cheaper than this
Does it come with the cap or do you have to buy that separately?
What are the practical advantages of one of those vs. just a Voss bottle?
I guess you can't shatter it? But then harder to tell if you've cleaned it properly, and way more expensive.
