I paid $209 for one of their special 100/40 deals for a NBN HFC preorder 6 months ago and received no router, no service installation or service/support. They should really be banned from this website. They are a shock horror company and had service dropouts for a few days because they forgot to pay NBN Co. or their reseller.
The order was pending installation for 3 months after I told them NBN had arrived, after receiving countless emails from other ISP's. Nothing happens crickets
They also banned my client area account for complaining to the ombudsman.
They do not refund my money for a preorder. Set and forget. Very poor service. Do not answer to emails. I complained to telecommunications ombudsman about them. Do not recommend it.
Moral of this story, don't always go for the cheapest deal. You get what you pay for. Nothing and a headache.
When I called them for a refund I was told by the billing team the manager is not in call back in 2 hours.
