Hi guys,
Can anyone please recommend me with any Penfolds with BIN number?
One type for family daily drink, with normal price around $30 or so.
The other type for a gift, around $100.
Also, any information on shops usually have promotion or discounts on Penfolds would be appreciated.

HMM… BIN28 AND BIN407 Are my favourites, and st henri's is what comes out when guest come over, I had a couple of cases of 96' a few years ago and on my last bottle now.

I like the Bin 138. Dan Murphy's has it at $31.80 per bottle as part of any six. For your gift suggestion they also have the Bin 389 at $74.90 (but I think the 389 has gotten too expensive). At under $100 for a really nice gift I'd suggest something other than Penfolds - for example, the Clonakilla Shiraz Viognier is a cracker (at $99.80 at Dan Murphy's it's pricey but within your budget).

If Penfolds is your must, then at your lower pricepoints give bins 28/128/138 a go. 28 is a multi-regional SA Shiraz, 128 is Coonawarra Shiraz (a tad lighter/spicier), 138 is Grenache/Shiraz/Mourvedre - a pretty friendly blend.
Higher Pricepoints, yep St henri and 150 (Shiraz), 389/407 (cab Sauv/shiraz and straight Cab Sauv).
If you really want better bang for buck on the gifting though, AlloAllo's on it with Clonakilla SV (though a more elegant style of Shiraz than Penfolds) or for an extra $20 you could grab a Cullen Diana Madeleine for a supreme Bordeaux-style Cabernet.

I reckon you can get better wine than Penfolds at a better price…..Unless there is a Vintec Wine Fridge deal going around and you need a bunch of Penfolds, look for something else.
