The terms and conditions state they'll notify winners by phone and email. I'd personally be ecstatic if the prize just showed up on my doorstep without any notification.

At this stage there are no refs being sent out for draw 2 .. (existing refs go to fitbit draw 1 and do not apply to draw 2) (with that said they have not replied to my emails requesting information on referrals. 1. if the emailed ref link acts as an extra entry 2. it states to get your friends to nominate you for an extra entry (which i assume can be done via the generic code or via social media, the website itself etc) and if that means that only if someone nominates you by full name with their "who you would share it with" part of the entry gains extra entries, as it is not clear)
