Where can i find the latest titles at a cheap price and what are people playing nowadays as i have been out of the loop for a while now.

Steam Sales, just have to wait for a big one to come around though, tends to happen seasonally.
cd keys and isthereanydeal.com. i hope i have the right address there, at work and its blocked. can find games.
black friday is coming up soon and US amazon will have a sale similar to steam.I set up price alerts on www.isthereanydeal.com and www.cheapshark.com.
For current best prices, www.cdkeyprices.com has a wide range of prices that seems to include some sites that the above two don't.
gamingdragon is another not mentioned yet, they also stock the the cheaper codes that are part of the graphics card deals
I would add some steam games to your Wishlist, then wait for a sale on those games and steam will send an email to you telling you that there’s a sale on the specific game.
I want to add CJSkeys, G2A to the list but Warning!!! Most of the time they are cheaper but some of the keys to certain games are not obtained through the proper channels (eg For Honor keys from G2A were revoked by Ubisoft) I personally never had any issues with CJS and G2A but use at your own risk, if you are really on a budget ..
