hi
My roller door pops up occasionally without user intervention.
This has happened a few times & is terrifying.
Im guessing there might be a cross interference from a neighbors remote.
Does anyone have a fix or solution ?

Lubricate and clean all the contact rails, wheels etc. Make sure its free to move. Might be the anti-jam sensing too much resistance.
-oh wait, do you mean it just opens randomly after being closed for a while? Is the remote old with a broken button that is triggering inadvertently?
Yes the door closes completely & then all of a sudden at some point of the day it just opens like someone had pressed open & stays open. Remote & unit is only 2 years old & works fine never dropped or broken
Might be a stupid question, but are you sure it stayed down when you closed it? Ours used to go all the way down then come straight back up.
It closes fully if there was so much as a pen on the floor & door couldn't close completely then it would go right back up a again with a error beep
Stray signals in the area can do that… try hashtagbargain's suggestion first…

Try resetting your roller door transmitter. This should mean you will need to re-pair your remote.
