Assuming you have an AmEx card that has been enrolled in the offer, and you spend exactly $75 on Menulog with this card, you will get a 10% cashback in your CR account (which is $7.50). You will also get $25 back in statement credits from AmEx. Total 'refunds' - $32.50.
That is a % saving of ~43%. That's pretty good, almost as good as a 50% discount, from Shop Small!
