Always happens with these jerks, their e-commerce systems are pathetic, they have no reliable stock indications and they are the most inefficient store to exist.
The really funny thing is that Amazon launch v. soon, and these dicks think they can compete with them, in online sales ….
Seriously, I really don't think they have the slightest conception of how far behind they are. Online providers elsewhere have multiple suppliers and seemlessly switch supplier and prices in real time. They NEVER cancel an order because their stock system isn't up to snuff.
When you order Click and Collect the items can still be sold until someone goes and take it off the shelf and puts it aside.

And even if the stock is put aside they will sell it to customers in the store and send you a refund often without a phone call.

I ordered 2 and haven't recieved a cancellation or had any problems so far.
Last time I ordered SD cards they actually didn't send me what I ordered, I think because they didn't have stock. I had ordered 2x 8GB cards and recieved 2x 16GB cards instead. I wonder what they'll do if they're out of stock this time.
I called OW customer service this morning and managed to order SD Pro + 32gb. Initially the customer service told me he can't price match as it was clearance item but later he says he can do the price match. He even send me HN screen shot of SD Pro +32gb to show clearance item as my iPAd doesn't shown clearance. Of course I am happy. However, I have just signed in to my OW account and found out my order was not for SD Pro Plus but Samsung Evo 32gb. He changed my order without informing me. What shall I do?

Put on your big boy pants and call them to sort it out. If they won't supply the product mention that you have now missed out on ordering at Harvey Norman and mention that the ACL has provisions for claiming restitution.

Problem is the only way to enforce it is to take them to court. But just mentioning it should get some results.
Problem is that Harvey Norman, Officeworks and the other retailers have no idea of customer service. If it was Amazon it would be dealt with immediately.
@Maverick-au: don't know about HN but I had problem with OW Customer Service 2yrs ago when I bought iPhones (PM) and they kept saying my order (2x) were rejected because of my credit card or rather the bank cancel my amount (which was ridiculous (credit balance in CC account)) and another reason was because my email was not Australia email (I Ve uk email) until I spoke to their Supervisor, she honoured my order.
Bought 2. Checked the website now and it is out of stock.
I refresh the page and it shows in-stock again.

The Samsung MicroSD cards might have been OzBargained. The webpage for the Samsung MicroSD is not giving me any options to choose from. In the "Hard Drive Size" dropdown it's not showing anything, but when I load the Samsung SD card it shows two options.

Ended up ordering one of the Samsung evo plus cards for pickup along with the pro plus not as good a deal but anyway.

The micro sd pro plus 32gb link you shared is not working. You can't choose the card… only evo series works.

Just received a call from HN Malaga, no stock, order cancelled.
So I did click and collect (Malaga, WA).
When I rocked up they gave me the 32GB EVO Plus.
I'm like that's not the Pro Plus…
They search everywhere and have none.
They ask if I can come back tomorrow.
I say no, I'm here now.
I ask them to substitute with an equiv-spec card. I suggest the SanDisk Extreme Pro (they had loads on the shelf).
He grabs one and flips it over and has this look on his face of pain: the price is $79.95.
He says the price difference is so much.
I say nothing and wait…
He reluctantly does it (I never pressured him or was rude, he was just awesome at his job).
Winning!My local rang this morning to let me know they only had one of the two I'd ordered. They said they'd refund one, however it hasn't come through yet. :/
My single card was used upon opening it. I told my local store, they asked me to come in and exchange it, and I was given a 64GB Samsung Evo+. Sweet.
