Exit fees gone - Which home loan?

Now that many of the banks have removed the exit fees, have you guys gone out and switched home loan providers? I guess everyone is asking the same question (http://homeinperth.blogspot.com/2010/11/refinancing-mortgage…) and I read earlier from the Barefoot Investor that you can actually get the brokers' commission kicked back to your principal (http://www.barefootinvestor.com/mortgage-broker-kickbacks-lo…) Thoughts?
