Been doing this a while mate - yes I did use your link. Thanks for the accusation. Love how you went straight there.
And for your information - this sometimes happens to me also (rarely admittedly, but more than once a month). I don't question whether the person below me knows how follow instructions. I enter a LOT of competitions.
The only two things that have ever happened to me is myself and someone else posted within seconds of each other for the same referral. Now I even refresh every time before I post. Oh and I did also not notice the referrals had two pages recently causing me to refer to someone who was halfway up the chain. The latter was my fault and I explained myself straight away in a follow up post.
THAT person would have a the right to accuse me of something.

I personally don't make the time to chase it myself.
