Yes scammers. Rude customer service.
Never had any issue, just make sure youbuse paypal.
How do I use PayPal? They ask for cc when u sign up
I've used PayPal on all free deals.
Click the Paypal logo instead of the CC logos during checkout
has been smooth sailing for the past few orders
Got my new credit card hacked from their website. Charged 500 dollars. Stay Away and never use a CC on their website.
report them, that's not on and they need to be penalised for not keeping your sensitive information secure.
Went through the site and even registered my credit card.
Applied the given code for this deal "FDAUSSIE35", then the whole thing freezes!!!
This time aroynd, you havr to create a new account and seems the item is more expensive than previous. Got to skip this time.
Use promo code 30OFF to get $30 off your first meals order
So I click on it out of curiosity and then look for meals and get this offer instead?
Not going to get anything though.
No such thing as a free lunch (or dinner :D), they will just spam or scam.Just saw this for short cut bacon
Bacon - Short Cut 175g $4.99 - $28.51/kg
They are really preying on people's laziness..
Not going to get anything though.
No such thing as a free lunch (or dinner :D), they will just spam or scam.You are preying on.people's unfounded anxieties. What facts are you basing that claim on?
Placed 3 orders for $50, $50, $35 off vouchers. All delivered, no hidden charges. Just placed order for Roast Duck Breast Salad $34.50 - ordered it free.
Meals have been generous size & tasty. Plenty of ingredients left over to make other meals.
Got the 4 serve Crispy Pork Belly with Pineapple Salsa last order ($43-35)- so crispy I impressed myself I had done a perfect job!
Only meals are part of this free deal. Who cares about other prices when it's free?
Have you read past experiences?
Consider yourself lucky that you are one of the 10% of people who don't encounter problems.Have you read the many positive past experiences like mine?
@Infidel: That's the problem. I haven't been able to find any.
I haven't been able to find any.
I've posted very positive (free or nearly free) experiences. Didn't you just read mine? You replied to it!
Hundreds of upvotes & only a handful of negs in deals.
I think you are seeing what you choose to believe. More free food for the rest of us😀
People who miss out complain & neg, people who are happy with deal often don't post comments & move on to next deal.
@Infidel: Lol, if I knew you were going to be so anal about taking it literally, I would have clarified.
Anyway, I don't think this deal is good for me. I respect the deal and know it's a deal for most people, but I'm wary about this sort of stuff.
@pennypincher98:
100% success rate for my orders, no scam, no calls, no issues, just tasty meals at no or almost no cost.@Infidel: Lol the meals are only tasty if the buyer is a good cook. I believe you mean quality ingredients?
@pennypincher98:
It really doesn't require much skill. After cooking these meals, I've learnt how to prepare meals I've later cooked myself. Cooking is a handy skill.And the ingredients have been great quality. The meat has been more expensive cuts than I've ever bought.
@Infidel: Yeah I agree some of the meals in here look good and easy, but there are certain people (probably me included) who would find a way to stuff it up somehow.
Oh well I guess free is free, but it's such a waste of ingredients if you do it wrong :(@pennypincher98:
Even then it's only a waste of (free) ingredients😀There are basic meals that shouldn't be challenging for most.
Consider it a free course. Ozbargainers love those. Hopefully you learn what to do right next time.
Has been a very tasty experience for me.
@Infidel: I lol'd at the free course bit. Unfortunately the part you are missing is that most people don't do the free courses or if they do they never learn :P
I might give it a go, but meh its effort.
@pennypincher98:
You might be surprised PP :) Even a skill-less novice like myself had excellent success cooking with these boxes. I found it it pretty easy to follow the cards but probably took a bit longer than the times they suggested, but overall it worked well and I learned a few recipes.
Just in case, I used burner SIMs, actually I just used Kogan ones that I had going for free data that I got from deals here on OzB and I had no issues with overcharging.@pennypincher98:
I haven't started any of my Udemy courses. But I've cooked & eaten each of these meals. So if you don't prepare a meal - only difference is your bin gets it😱 That's incentive enough to do this tasty free course.Maybe be creative - invite a friend to dinner, & get them to cook!
@Infidel:@King Tightarse:
Lol yeah good ideas from both of you! Got some free Kogan sims expiring soon so I'll use them and a disposable email if need be :)Haha yeah my bin (and dog) are both very well fed indeed!
@pennypincher98:
I've given away ingredients in return for cooked meals - in a backpackers in Cairns.Room mate caught 3 huge Spanish Mackerel when game fishing. He was leaving next day, so in return for my BBQ & organisational skills - cooked the group a dinner to remember on the esplanade. That still left 20kg of fillets. So put those on ice in fridge & gave out to Japanese & South Korean students in return for many sit down meals.
I ate well for free. It's just in how you look at the situation. I don't like good food going to waste. A free food service I set up years ago provided ingredients to hundreds at one time.
Postacript:-
Checked my email inbox.
A message from Aussiefarmer of my order, including info of zero charge. Will see what happens.
I guess with C/C, can always dispute the charge!
Just got my confirmation email too - 0 charge
dont get the negativity, last time they had this i orderd paid $0.00 got my food and a free cooler bag with no issues.
Pretty sure you are meant to return the cooler bag with the next order. Not sure how to tho if you don't order again.
Btw cheers OP :)
yeh note we got with it was leave it out with the next order and your food gets delivered into it.
1) i live in an apartment complex it'd either get thrown out or stolen.
2) not ordering again
Had set up new customer account waiting for this offer. Hungry with anticipation🍴
thanks OP another free dinner :)
I always wonder where do you guys get all those codes lol. But thank you anyway
I've had positive experiences with free coupons, Most of mine worked, canceled paypal prearranged payments to not get secretly charged, and meals came on time :) Thanks OP!
How many accounts you got ? :)
Just made my second for this code :). had 2/3 free codes work on my first account
Cool
I've always had good experiences with these guys, but unfortunately this code isn't working for me… I get a message saying that this coupon code is not valid for my order, even though I'm specifically ordering a meal box… blah.. oh well…
New account only

"This coupon code has been redeemed the maximum number of times."
This is with a new account with paypal that has been used before (does that flag as a current account?)I am getting "This coupon code has been redeemed the maximum number of times."
