  The msi one in particular seems to run quieter and cooler than the others, from what i've gathered. As for me, i intend to make my next gpu last a long time(the one i use to this day is a gtx 560 i bought 6ish years ago) so i'd rather have the extra 3gb vram and pay the extra $100 for a little future proofing.
  For the record, this is still a bit expensive for my tastes.
