I was looking for promo codes for my travel insurance and I found this code that worked for me. Not sure when this is going to expire.
Edit: There is also 4.2% cashback from cashrewards

Many people don't have credit cards, many of those policies have high excesses ($500) or cap the payout for particular items. There are tons of reasons why people would need this!
You can add TID1117 as another 10% off coupon was well should last until December and then the code will change to TID1217
I believe you can only add 1 promo code during the application. Are you saying it's possible to add another one?
Claimed on TID for delayed luggage this month, quick and had no issues!
Read the pds carefully - especially cancellation type clauses beyond your control that are not covered.
Where can I enter the promo code, can't seem to find it anywhere :(
Open up incognito mode in chrome. Enter your details, select the plan you want. The next page should have a field to enter your promo code under "help change the world".
Otherwise you can clear your cache and history and it should work.
Thank you, clearing cache / history worked!
Have they cancelled their embargo for Bali travel insurance.
Thanks OP! Saved $10.62 on travel insurance for my trip to NZ in February.
I just used code TID0118 to save 10% on an annual multi trip policy. I'm guessing that will be valid through January 2018.
I have included travel insurance on all my credit cards, but when you read the fine print, they are very basic with lots of exclusions.
My experience with TID - I have had an annual multi trip policy for the past few years. Both my wife and I are covered for domestic and international travel independently of each other and our kids are covered when travelling with one of us (up to the age of 21) - No credit card travel insurance will give you that flexibility.
In that time I have had two claims - one in Singapore for medical treatment at Raffles Private Hospital A&E following an accident and once in London for a lost camera. Both claims were paid out quickly with no hassle. From my experience, I would recommend TID highly.
Many credit cards provide travel insurance these days if you pay for flights or accommodation. Not needed.
