A beautiful drinking wine from Langhorne Creek considered one of South Autralia's best Cabernet Sauvignon regions. Ripe berry and chocolate flavours make it a choice worth indulging in.

I was told this is drinkable and my initial purchase of half dozen went down very well. It is comparable to $15 bottle. Plenty of fruit flavour and at this price it is my daily glass.

  • Picked up a bottle of this yesterday and am finishing it off currently. A great and inexpensive wine. I thoroughly recommend it.

I've bought cartons of this wine previously. Can't recommend it enough.

  • Sorry, not familiar with wines - do you know what is the usual MSRP?

      $14

this is the same wine I recommended to you in your post a week ago.

      • This is it, then. Cheers!

          yes, good.

also look out for the St. Andrews Cab Sauv 2016 - $6 a bottle. had a bottle of that last night -to quote Borat: "very nice"

would say the st. andrews is a 9.5/10.

          the parsons paddock is 9.25/10

very close. very decent inexpensive cab sauvignon.

I took a friend out for lunch on wednesday and paid $8 for a glass of cab sauv - $8 for a glass!!! it was crap. here, $6 for a bottle (or $5.70 each in a 6 pack).

  • Highly recommend it

Was a lot cheaper ($3) if you search Parsons Paddock.

    • really? link?

  • Liquor Land has it listed at half pice for $8

  • Gets 3.2/5 on vivino: http://www.vivino.com/wines/4743750

For around $3 more per bottle could get something like mcguigan black label Shiraz, with 3.7/5 rating: http://www.vivino.com/wines/1512000

Edit : ratings slightly different on website versus the app (eg 3.1 vs 3.2), sorry if that causes confusion.

  • Much prefer the Shiraz but the price for either is very good for everyday drinking

  • Surprisingly good for price - comparable to Koonunga Hill
