Damn BangGood, back at it again with the…. quad copter sales event. (yawn) It may not be the cheapest out there, but it's about the cheapest I've seen so far…

Some 11/11 sales event for the next 48 hours (their time zone, so I guessed the end date) There are a lot of 4's in the price if you're that superstitious.

Would make a nice Christmas stocking stuffer before the pre-Christmas price hikes. And yeah, I know, it's not a Mavic. I know it isn't AU stock. I know its not the best quad, but I own one and it is a really good, fun unit to fly. It's small and super portable and it's also not subject to Gerry Harvey tax on importation.

Also, swapping to $US and using a swanky fangled no international fees card may net you an even better deal.

NOTE: As per last time, there is a code on the page that will give you 6% off and that makes everyone sad, use the code at the top of this page for 20% off. No, I'm not on commission. No, this isn’t my code or referral. I bought one DJI related thing off them and I keep getting these codes for quads…

  • This is a stocking filler to you? I want on your Christmas presents list!

    • In this house, Santa leaves all the best presents for Daddy :D

      • +4

        Who's your daddy? 😁

  • Not having an AU warranty is a real deal killer with these kind of expensive items.

    • For some, I can understand that, but considering the AU stock items are still up around the $1000 mark, some might like to save $250.

  • what's rtf? ready to fly?

    • Yes.

Although I’m still lost on what BNF means though… I could google it I guess… :/

    • From https://www.modelflight.com.au/blog/difference-between-rtf-b…

RTF stands for Ready-to-Fly and it means the model you are buying comes complete with everything you need to get started - straight from the box! Have look at our ready to fly drones.

BNF stands for Bind-N-Fly. Bind-N-Fly products come with everything you need except for a transmitter. With BNF products you can use the transmitter of your choice and bind it to the receiver included with the model.
