I am looking to get a very basic device to get youtube on my tv for my dad and was looking to get some recommendations. It only needs to run youtube at 720p at best since my internet cant handle anything above that. I am considering getting this https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/132221925781 but i am open to any advice. he has been using a ps4 for youtube and has trouble with the controller and os. Even if the remote takes longer he will have an easier time with it. He is a bit tech illiterate so i want something basic.

I use a minix, and the you tube app.
It's ok, but not like the desktop version.
i think very hard to navigate/input youtube via remote
best to get a chromecast + cheap android tablet , and cast it to TV
