How to Create a Public Folder for Uploading Photos

I am trying to create a public folder for a group of friends to upload photos to.

Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox all require signing in before someone can upload to a folder. Google Drive seem to offer a public option but when you actually use it only downloading is allowed.

Can anyone suggest a way to upload photos that does not require signing in? Thanks.

  A Dropbox File Request would allow your friends to upload files to you without logging in, though only you could see the files

  Just use google drive. Who doesn’t have a google account these days ?
