    So it turns out orders were cancelled for several people here at work. If you run a competition during work hours, then you are bound to get multiple users on the same company IP address. We have 20 staff all participating. So long as we have unique households, we are not breaching any terms and conditions. Will definitely be taking this further. If I find enough people in the same boat, happy to take to VCAT.

    Mine got cancelled too. CF claims the "Note that the terms of the sales state that there is only one item per household or per user" doesn't necessarily mean you breached the one item per household term.

        May send them an email with your order number, status, your contact number etc. and ask if they can double check it for you. Perhaps it is just a coincidence (or not) but yesterday my order was still pending yesterday, it has changed to "fulfiled" today with tracking number after I sent them an email. :) Hope it helps.

          so I sent them an email on 6th .. its still pending , their original email said don't worry it will arrive in time for xmas , I'm thinking its not going to be here in time :(

          @Mortifer: Normally, it takes only 2 days since when they update the order status to "fuflfilled", to when the courier actually delivers the parcel to your door. So don't be worried as you still have time :).
