2 years ago bought one with ebay's $50 discount promotion, ended up to be $50+.
FYI SATA based SSDs are about 1/3 the speed of M.2 NVMe based drives. Your motherboard needs to support M.2 (its a different physical slot, generally in motherboards under 2 years old) but those drives do ~1800-2700Mbps read and ~900-1600Mbps write while SATA based ones max out at 600/600. But you will pay about double for those drives on a cursory look of one site I buy stuff from, but get about triple the speed and the same capacity.
