To earn one (1) entry in the Contest, the Initial Entrant and the Invited Friend (collectively referred to as a ‘Team’) must have completed all of the mandatory fields of their entry form and submitted them prior to the Contest Closing Date. The Initial Entrant is allowed a maximum of one hundred Team entries.
Upon successful registration as a Team, the Invited Friend will then receive their own unique link giving them the opportunity send this to a different friend and form a new Team.

how should we proceed now.. there are two referall chains with crumble and subboy.. i haven't been around oz bargain long enough to know what the usual proceedings are.

I understand .. sometimes these chains get messed up, in this instance it started with East2west inserting their ref without using anyone elses (in this case Phalaxis') then monkp using east2wests (skipping phalaxis again) and so on .. before i click a ref i try to spend time checking the all the ones prior to make sure no one was skipped due to a double post (2 or more people using the same ref) or people posting their ref without using another first, and if there is one skipped (as was the case here) I use their ref and continue the chain .. I hate having to skip someone (in this case crumble) however see it fair that phalaxis who had their's skipped earlier is used.
I always encourage peeps going through to make sure no one was skipped before clicking through a ref link .. especially when someone posts their ref without using any one elses (which does happen too often) and if this encouragement is skipped then the last person misses out. (update: realised i could also use crumbles ref in this comp so did so)

don't think it works like that .. "the initial entrant" sounds to me like 100 people can use the ref link for 100 entries .. using honey's would no longer make you an initial entrant as your inital entrant ref was above .. confused? haha thats how i take it anway
i took it as each pair can only exist once, but each person can be in 100 different pairs.
I took it as if you enter twice you get a shoelace that looks like a pair of ears that you can wear with a pink hat while riding a green elephant
So we need to find out if a person can be an "invited friend" more than once
