I received advice from STEVIVOR on October 4 saying I had won a prize. I replied 17 minutes later providing my address, I contacted them the other day to ask whether the prize had been sent.
Their response
"Hi xxxx,
Your response was considerably later than the initial entry and the promoter’s call for winners. I sent your response in when it arrived, but I’m unsure if the promoter had already cut off their mailout. I’ll check back and let you know if I hear back from them.

Steve"
Have asked for a clarification of what that means exactly.
It's not unusual for prizes to take awhile to be delivered. Although from their email it sounds like they stuffed up and forgot to pass on your details.
