It is a generic Android OEM device created to support the ARB LINX vehicle accessory interface

Unlikely to be sold separately but you may find a similar looking device from a chinese oem (as that's where they source the device from)

  Thanks, just trying to figure out if it is actually a phone as that would impact the legalities of using it whilst driving, they might have somehow disabled the phone capability but I wouldn't necessarily like to have to argue that it isn't a phone with the Police.

    yeah that earpiece and front facing camera doesn't help the situation much, otherwise it could pass off as a dash mounted gps
