  Hmmmm, I bought during the last sale and two items were out of stock. I got a notification that I would be refunded for one of them (not the other and didn't give me any chance to choose to wait or do pick up). The amount that they refunded is about half of what they should have (even allowing for sale and coupon) I'm assuming this is some dodgy way of getting their money back for the extra coupon. And they haven't responded to any of my emails about this. Doesn't work out to be cheaper if they pull this after you buy, just a heads up.

    you should report them legally, because you entitled to get the full refund

    Custer service is slow after large sales approx week to reply to enquiry after last one. Try calling if your not getting the response you want?

    Has the order actually arrived? Sometimes your’ll recieve notification of a refund but the stock comes in and they send it with the order.

    I’ve had refunds when using discounts/codes and have always been refunded the full amount (one happy refund in 2012 was actually refunded more)

      Thankyou both. Yes I have only sent a few emails so far and will call them next week during business hours.
      It's reassuring that you got refunded the full amount but i can't work out their maths with mine, one of the items was $100 ish pack of dog flea and tick chews and they have only refunded about $35

  Dont order from this website. Ordered from the last sale. Never receieved refund or the products.No replies from customer service. Had to go instore to follow up. A lot of people left negative feedback on facebook too. They take the order take your money then say theres no stock.
