Although the bold print "says" only one of each is a prize, the rest of the comp seems to indicate more than one winner. Terms and conditions say:

"Each winner will receive one each of the following:

• A (signed according to the size request of each winner) Team USA Overwatch Jersey

… but no where does it say exactly how many… other than in the bold text where it says "1".
