Their address: 377 Kent St., Sydney, NSW 2000 AU displayed in the footer, is the address of various "virtual" office spaces. Trigger warning.

Their contact number is a VoIP Number. No physical landline.

A similar question was asked of the same business on Whirlpool, with comments of scam/fraud like activity: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1863441

I can tell you now, if you do proceed. You'll probably be missing $1,499.

    • Thanks, XioamiGuy. I wasn't even hopeful - I was just thoroughly confused. What a scam!

    AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I have used this company and they are dodgy, not actually based in Australia and selling old, refurbished stock.
    Purchase for Nikon Coolpix AW130.
This company has an Australian website, with the contact details having an Australian address and phone number; this is clearly a front. The item is shipped from the USA, no Australian adapter for the item; items appear to be refurbished (explains the low cost). BUT none of this is mentioned on their website, they advertise themselves as delivering new products.
Obviously the item I received was faulty. I tried to call them on their listed number, you always get a recording to state you need to call back during business hours (but I did call during your listed business hours?). You can contact them via their online contact form, they will take several days to respond; or not respond at all. I did return the item with the intent of receiving a replacement, but after a week no replacement came and no response to communication. I got sick of trying to get a replacement and started pushing for a refund, again some time before they said they would give me my refund within a week. A week! I bought this with Paypal, a refund takes 30 seconds. Of course after a week, no refund so I opened a Paypal dispute and got a refund within 24 hours.
