Sold out already, only 10" left.

    • Thanks, updated.

  • Great price as the 10” are $119 at Rays Outdoors http://www.raysoutdoors.com.au/Product/XTM-Slimline-10-Cree-…

  • +1

I smell pricing error, I'm assuming it suppose to be 10% off.

    • +1

I don't think so. The guy at the counter asked me if I was interested in a 4WD light bar.

  • -1

    yeah… nah

  • How are these powered? Battery? Or you have to wire it to your car?

    • Hard wired, always on and tilted straight so you annoy the crap out of every car in front of you. These have overtaken clear tail lights as the new bogan mod of choice.

      • These are not driving lights that are always on.

        • +14

Were you blinded by the sarcasm?

        • +9

          @Tuba:

The guy asked a legit question and gets met with a smartarse answer.

Get flamed for trying to help somebody out, don't know why I bother.

        • +2

@1jwoz: You must be new …

      • OK thanks. So for garage use, I can't use plug it in. I would need an adapter converter :-(

        • +2

Or run directly off 12V solar like my garage. Can't seem to find any details about voltage but assuming they're designed for car use then they'll hook up perfectly.

  • +5

The original prices were ridiculous in the first place.

  • -4

    Thanks! Grabbed 3 :)

  • +1
  • 10" also sold out now

  • -2

All out of stock on website and ebay… Smelling like price error

I did manage to order 2 however

    • +1

And wonders why they are out of stock?

    • +3

      Not a pricing error.
BCF have gradually been reducing the price on their home brand lighting over the last 2 weeks.
These are cheap Chinese light bars with a big RRP.
The pollycarb lense yellows and cracks over time.

      • 3 year warranty?

    Ozbargained

  • still available western sydney and further west.

  • bought one for pick up wanted bigger but happy with 10 inches.

    • +8

wanted bigger but happy with 10 inches.

      That's what she said.

    • !

  • Bought one, don't know what it does or why I need it apart from it makes big light, why is this better than my high beams again?

    • +10

Your high beams currently work. This will sit in your garage until you give it to a mate in 3 years.

      • +3

It's going to sit beside my $7 reversing camera, until one day I will have the most decked out 2001 Camry ever!

  • Pretty sure the guy behind me was testing out his new light today, as from about 100m away this thing blinded me in the rear view. Probably wouldn't need it unless you are planning on doing some very fast driving on unlit roads (at least that's all I can think of)

  • +8

Great thanks. Dont know of if I needed but still bought the 30" one. Still available $40.
    http://www.bcf.com.au/Product/XTM-30-Cree-LED-Light-Bar-Spot…
    Not a bad price.

    • Bought one aswell ! hope it will fit my Jeep Cherokee KL

Edit, just bought another one, couldn't resist!

    • What browser etc? I can't checkout with any?

      • I had to choose pick up, and chose Castle Hill store

        • Showed stock, then froze. Now no stock. Gave up and just grabbed the head torch for free

      • I could do with andriod phone collecting item in 4300. Although ipswich is also stock available

  • +2

They had the lightbars on sale at these price about a month ago.
Never got around to buy one that I wanted and they went back to normal prices.
Got my $10 voucher and went online Friday to see what i can get and checked out the LED's
but they were still the RRP.
They must have just changed the price today!
    DAMN missed out again.
So might have to keep checking to see if they'll do it a 3rd time.

  • Ok back in stock just order to my home!!!

    • OOS. shows in stock on product page but in the cart it says out of stock/

  • Does anyone know the difference between the spot and combo version is?

    • Combo usually has flood and spot globes. Most light bars are these types.
Spot is just focused to a central point.

      • +1

How does that work? Is there a lever that changes the focus of the beam?

        • Whilst there are some lights that have this feature (e.g. Fyrlights), it's generally a characteristic of the physical design of the lens. You either have spread (e.g. wide light but not much distance), spot (e.g. narrow light but a lot of distance), or a combo of the two.

It's reasonably popular with oldschool halogen driving lights to have two different lights - one spot and one spread.

  • Anyone know if these have a standard power plug to use in the garage?

    • These generally come with a black and red wire about 5 to 10 cm from the lightbar.
You are expected to buy a seperate lighting harness for them.

    • These are also 12v to work off the car battery, not much use in a garage with 240v power points

  • It was in stock for delivery fee but now can't add to cart.

  • Just got a email saying my lights have been shipped.

  • +1

Chose to click and collect when I place my order last night. Received a call this morning to notify me that the store doesn't have stock and will be delivered straight home.

  • Most of the Light Bars has been removed from the website.

  • Damn, this would make an awesome bicycle light.
    Pity I missed it.

    • No it wont, no.

  • Just picked up a 30"combo had 1 left
    Saved $476.10 crazy
    Perth store

  • There's a bunch of 30' combos available from the Wagga store according to staff
Got myself a 30' spot for the front of the 4b and and a few 20's for the sides and back

  • Ordered last night - got call this morning to say there systems hadnt updated and there was actually no stock..gggrrrrr

    • Did they offer to delivery straight home? I also received a call saying that the store had no stock, but they offered to send one home from another store.

  • For those with 4wds you should be able to still order the 30"combos with spot and spread beam from Wagga for $55 + delivery
These are the ones that were selling for over $500 and I was told they had 30+ of them there.
All the ones I found weren't on other shops systems
It wasn't til I rang a local store and asked that they said they had stock of the 20"s and a 30"

Edit. Seems like what I bought were the non-cree led version

  • Wow received a refund out of nowhere, after the store told me that they didn't have stock and would send one home..

EDIT: received an email stating that they had no supply of the item and given $20 loyalty credit.

    • Yep, same just happened to me.

    • If you find anything worthwhile that is $20 post it up. Only have a short time to use the Credit voucher

      • +1

I grabbed the head torch for $10 and then went in to a store and asked and they had 3 x 30" lightbars at the back. You might get an extra credit and a light bar!

  • They just went ahead and refunded me. Just got an email…gggrrrrr

4wd Supa Centre also has some great deals going,
    like a 6" bar for $33 ,
    32' bar for $45
    and a 42" bar for $59.

These are dual row led lightbars too
, and rated almost twice the lumens of the bcf ones

    • and rated almost twice the lumens of the bcf ones

      Be wary of China ratings.
Chinese manyfacturers are happy to make any statement that leads to you buying their product.

      • both made in China so ??? Fnose

I've seen the Supa 4b ones in action and they are shockingly bright.

Even the guys at bcf recommended them!

        • If the guys at BCF recommend them then they must be good.
I wonder how they fixed their quality control issues at that price point.
Cheap China lightbars can have issues with water ingress and the lens detreating quickly.
Built to a price point, they serve a certain purpose.

What I find annoying is when a company takes a crap budget light bar and sticks a RRP of $4xx.00 on it.
Super Retail Group specialize in the practice.
I have found numerous of their in-house brand items available direct for CN for a fraction of the price.
Granted warranty and customer service ex China are nonexistent.

In terms of ratings, it is hard to draw comparisons as generally the ratings are not based on actual standardized testing.

        • @Cheap Charlie: of course I agree , you don't know til you fit them up and try a certain brand/build quality and use them through their life span

I'm just keen for more light to supplement my Hella spots
I know these lightbars are only work lights, but they may go ok for my usage and maybe other people's too

  • BCF xtm lightbar in 30" shit one the 4wd supercentre and they don't have 3 years warranty

    • What are you mumbling?

I think I see what your trying to say and I hope your right as I bought 1x30" & 3x20" xtm lightbars for my ute.

  • +1

Just got the "Unfortunately we are unable to supply your order of an LED Light Bar as we have no further stock available" from my Ebay order. Just an apology no credit or anything unfortunately.

  • Can anyone recomend a decent wiring harness?
I got the 30" combo bar
