I was looking for movie to watch in the Google Play Movie App on my Android. A couple of offers popped up and I clicked "no thanks". Then there was an offer of $1.99 rent any movie. I clicked that and started to look for a movie.
Somehow I lost the offer on the app on the phone, so I went to my macbook play.google.com/store/movies and the offer was there for any movie SD, HD, UHD.
Not sure if it is targeted. I was browsing desktop google movies last week and no offers popped up.
