  The one you linked is for the 1st Gen 20000mah Xiaomi Powerbank that only does QC2.0 Input.. The one posted on here is the improved 2nd Gen with QC3.0 Input and Output.

So can this thing charge my laptop too? The description on the site isn't very clear on what it does other than 'bidirectional' which is what naturally is right?

  This powerbank won't charge your laptop. To charge your laptop (or any device that required high voltage), you would require a Powerbank with USB-C Power Delivery such as the Xiaomi ZMI 10 Power Bank

IF anyone is wondering the difference between the 2 and 2C. 2C is using lithium-polymer batteries which are more efficient. Downside is an increase in size and weight.
