The body of your bargain is too short.

    possibly genetics.

These might only be for these two machines at Baulkham Hills and Winston Hills because they are under new management.

I just got a "not valid" message when I tried to use the VEX* codes in Rivervale, WA.

The only code that worked for me was KN731934.

  • Thanks OP, is there a way to use these at Blockbusters?

Is there a way to use my free dominos pizza vouchers at pizza hut?

    • +4

You used to be able to use Video Ezy codes at Blockbuster kiosks.

I've done it many times in the past.

Not sure if they still work though.

Sometimes I just had to put a 'B' at the start.

  • Are these digital rentals?

    • +1

No, physical. DVD and Blu Ray.

Its frustrating sometimes that they have only 1 disc for a movie and is already out on rent.

    • +1

My local has a pitiful blu-ray selection - some movies aren't on blu-ray at all, only DVD!

I guess it's squarely aimed at the over 70's and technophobe market, rather than people like me who occasionally want to pay for blu-ray quality (which is still significantly better than streaming quality if your home theatre is good).

I wonder if that's justified or if there are lots of others like me who would rent but can't…

      • +1

True. I also only go for Blu ray. Few locations dont have Blu rays for certain titles.
Lot of people having their dedicated home theatre these days. I am one of them :) and love Blu ray disc.

Visited mine the other day for the first time in over a month, and it appeared they hadn't added a single Blu-ray to the already pitiful selection. Can't put all the blame on them, though - seems quite a number of new releases are skipping Blu-ray in Australia :-/

  • I used a free Video Ezy code once but returned it at 9:10pm the next day instead of 9pm. I was charged $4.

Please put down your OzBargain pitchforks.

    • +4

Can't see the issue here? You took it back late.

      • A freebie turned into $4.

        • +3

If it makes you feel better, I forgot to take one back after two days. I used my wifes card and I think she probably got charged $8.
I didn't ask. Thought it best not to prod that nest of hornets. :)

    • +2

When was the pitchfork deal? I missed that one.

      • The pitchfork was for the hornets nest i imagine.

I was wondering what to do this evening white eating my Microsoft Traditional Pizza award and that free bottle of BWS Pink Moscato.
Its a jungle out there. ;)

  • Does this work on any Video Ezy kiosk, and I don't have to be a new member?

    • +2

Will work on any kiosk. You'd have to enter an email address, that's about it and you'd need a bank card to swipe.
