i bought my beats headphones from this lot and i had an issue and had to take it to apple store.
i bought it june 2017 and when i got to apple they said date of purchase for the product was november 2015. i was fortunate enough to receive the warranty because it falls under 2 years however, my level of trust for this ebay account has been demoted.
I strongly recommend you to make a complaint to eBay and ACCC and get full refund and compensation.

Wait, isn't this the official Microsoft Australia Ebay store? If so, wouldn't their invoice carry weight, regardless of when Microsoft purchased the product from Apple?
yes. apple did honour it, i did show them the receipt. i guess it doesnt matter now because the warranty would reset from when i receive my new headphones.
Thats not how warranties work. Period begins when you purchase initially.

I wonder is it worth spending the extra 50 dollars to get the version 2 of QC35.
I believe the difference is in the google assistant button on the version 2 and no airplane adapter, if you use the assistant then it could be worth it.
If you don’t use the assistant you can also remap the buttton to control the noise cancellation. You can use the app for that too mind.
Other than that they’re the same.

Can't you claim TRS if you buy it now? I believe you have 3 months from purchase to claim.
I find electronics (in general, not always) drop in value in time, so if you're luck, around November, no doubt there will be another deal.
You get 60 days for TRS. If you buy today, you can claim TRS until 26 December.

I actually agree. I'm no audiophile but to me the QC35 are way to restrained whereas Beats sound much livelier especially if you like a bit of bass in your music. I think the only people that hate on Beats are people that listen to classical or rock music but for hip-hop/R&B music Beats is the way to go for sure.

I take this back… looking at past Xbox One deals… you could get same 1TB deal with FIFA18 and Forza Horizon 3 and some other games included for $350 pick up at JB… so I guess this really 'isnt' that nice a deal.. :P
