Hi, I’m buying some parts for a project (need to know basis) the website is well known and they have put me on a wholesaler account and told me because of the order amount my only payment option is OS bank transfer!
Does anyone know any discount or cheap banks to send this money? It’s $10K USD.
From what I can see the currency conversion fee can really add up.

Bank swift transfers are cheap ( under $20) and currency conversions should be close to XE when I imported a car years ago. Used westpac
Wu is not that bad. You can use a code to get first transaction free of fees.

Use these guys a lot to make transfers to my US account. Free for first transfer. $15 for any thereafter or less than A$10k.
You’ll know exactly how much it will cost you. Their premium is often less than the banks spread on the currency.
Essentially you bpay based on an invoice after you’ve set up the transaction requirements (locations, swift codes and bank details, and of course denomination of currency).
