    • JT Smart 2 does NOT work in USA, Australia, Canada, Cambodia, Israel, Japan or South Korea

That's a shame that one can't test the phone at home before leaving for their trip.

    • Since it's a 2G only phone, it'll connect to Vodafone up until 31 March 2018, so you can still test it. However, other countries besides Australia are switching off 2G so not much point getting it anyway.

"JT Smart 2 does NOT work in USA, Australia, Canada, Cambodia, Israel, Japan or South Korea."
    Running Jelly-bean.
    Capacity: 1000mAh
    2G Quad-Band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
Twice the price of a Telstra Cruise
If this is "State of the art", then someone needs a new set of brushes.
    Not a deal.
Stick to placing misleading glossys in seniors magazine.

  • Anyone going on holidays in the Tardis to 2012??

  • Haha this is so outdated and poor value.

Maybe post this in the next RACV magazine for the oldies….

  • "International"

  • Hardly a deal - doesn't even work in Aus.

    • 2G is still available in Australia on Vodafone, (the TPG SIM in my Nokia 1100 connects to it), up until 31 March 2018, (better connection than the 4G available from Telstra).

So saying it doesn't "work", (disregarding the merits or lack of on the Vodafone network), is not exactly true - I'm assuming this SIM can connect to Vodafone but they don't appear to mention what networks on the site.
