Hi,
I went to pay off my 28 Degrees card today by bank account as usual and I got this message:
"This feature is currently unavailable.
Please try again later or refer to the alternative payment methods to make a payment to your account."
I haven't made any payments by bank in the last two weeks so any idea why I can't pay my statement all of a sudden?

I tried just now and it gave me the error message I listed above. I will try tomorrow but why would it matter if it is business hours or not?

Maybe stick some metal paperclips instead of the built in antenna in your modem/desktop? And wrap it with aluminium foil for greater sensitivity?
Had the same issue last week even though I know I didn't make any payment in the previous 5 days.
I called them up and they unlocked the feature for me, they stated that my previous payment bounced which it did but that was about 11 days prior.
Anyhow I paid the balance owing and I closed the account, adios 28 Degrees!
What did you switch to?
I switched to Bankwest Zero Platinum mastercard, no complaints thus far. No foreign transaction fees, decent app and can pay via BPAY :)
Like the error say: try again in different time, if it's not tonight, try during business hours.
