thanks, got some for Xmas myself and as xmas gifts. My parents got 'sold' by the Telstra sales people and grabbed the Telstra Home kit with GoogleHome. I should be able to use this to get a few more lights connected around their house.

This yeelight seems working with ifttt, which means compatible with many other things, such as Google Home.
This is now natively compatible with Google Assistant. IFTTT not required.
I'd like some more RGB lights now that I have a Google Home and have my current Xiaomi RGB light working via Google Home.

Does anyone know if you can use this with the xiaomi gateway at the same time as google home?
Doesn't connect to the gateway as such but you should be able to set triggers and scene . You would need to use the mi home app unless you have home Assistant etc
