A tronsmart/branded one? No. A cheap Chinese potentially-burn-your-car down one, yes.
There is a massive difference between the 2. Tronsmart are using Qualcomm's Quick Charge technology that is found in a lot of brands. Basically it charges at different levels of voltage and amperage (3.6V-6.5V/3A 6.5V-9V/2A 9V-12V/1.5A), while your basic eBay elcheapo is not using any fast tech and is limited to 5V/1A-5V/2.1A.
In tests an LG G5 with a 2800mAh battery went from 0% to 61% in 30 minutes using a QC 3.0 charger. You'd never get close with the crappy generics.

All these resellers are dodgy, that's just how it is.
They're just differing levels of dodgy, and you should never expect service on par with local resellers (though to be fair GearBest is very nice, and gave me an insane deal on the Redmi Note 4X with fast shipping)

I bought a xiaofang camera from them, it have never arrived so I asked for their support and they required me to show them proof that I DID NOT receive the package LOL. So in the end I raised dispute with Paypal instead. Never again.
They give wierd reasons, they told me remote is invalid which is hard to understand for me can anyone explain it. nothing personal I bought few phones from them was all good but this time I am in bit of shock.

Yeah, similar. I got refunds in the end through ozbargain rep for a couple of remote control cars with dodgey controllers, but they tried to only give me a partial discount because it was only the controllers broken - weird attitude, given the whole thing is useless without a controller.
@MrDixit:they are offering me $8 refund out of $30 for an item which is of no use for me ozbargain reps are dodgy as masters.

Is fast charging not dependent on the cable used?
Cables play a factor. Some thin generic cables aren't capable of passing enough current. Using branded cables will usually suffice.

I feel tronsmart has better quality chargers but blitzwolf has better quality cables just my experience.
i had a blitzwolf 5 port desk charger which was immiting a high pitch noise every now and then whereas my tronsmart 5 port charger had no noise
