When you buy these laptops are you all paying the import duty and taxes? Cant decide if its worth it when you add these on?

Its pretty good value though so willing to risk it in that department, the website you buy from seem have decent return policies.
if value of goods >$1000 then you pay import duties but Xiaomi Air's appear to be mostly underneath that threshold.
Mine was 980 ish for the laptop, and shipping and such put it at about $1100. Didn't have to pay anything more. I believe they put the price of the unit alone
Seems if i buy from gearbest i can get it just below $1k, though heard horror stories on their delivery, lightinthebox looks better option. Decisions decisions
I ordered the Xiaomi Air 12" on Thursday night from Gearbest and it's being delivered by DHL today so no complaints from me there, considering its come from Singapore
I would also be concerned about grey market warranty if you have any issue.
