The "retired" hall of fame users/posters are actually todays heavy posters of bargains using different user names.
Ozbargain uses subliminal visuals to make us choose certain brands. These companies have paid ScottY handsomely to capture a major customer base. For example - The orange colour used for the OzBargain banner is the exact same orange used in the logos by bankwest, coles, MLC and telstra.
I knew advertising in any form doesn't work on me! I don't use any of those businesses.

Gearbest, Zapals, Banggood, etc are fronts for the Chinese government secret service. the Xiaomi mi products being sold as "bargains" from these sites are being used to track, monitor and steal our electronic information, as we innocently (and stupidly) allow them into our home networks and let them syphon off what they want.
it's why I refuse to buy them.
They're planning to use this information to start the next war. Your Xiaomi robo vacuum is the first drones in their arsenal.
