Want to play Online gaming on my Xbox one but there seems to be no Nat type, it's blocked. Any way around this? I'm on a community wifi so don't have access to the modem or router?

Well do any VPNs work on Xbox one?
Maybe. I haven't looked into it.
What errors are you getting exactly and what sort of community are you living in?
It's at Uni. I can use Netflix, YouTube etc just not gaming
@cr7:
It's more likely to be a proxy issue then. When I lived in college I had the same issue. There was a separate network for apple tvs, and gaming etc.
If they don't have that then you might want to look at a portable wifi solution.
@cr7: Eduroam?
eduroam doesn't work on Xbox so you already have some weird wifi solution.
Just talk to your IT guys.
Just talk to your IT guys.
Unless there is a separate network like I had in college the IT guys aren't going to care. It's a security thing not to allow online gaming.
Some uni will block online gaming as it a common cause for denial of service attacks…
I literally work for university IT and have helped students diagnose why X game online service isn't working.
I work in IT as well so I understand the reasoning behind it. All I’m saying is they’ll tell them it won’t work. They are unlikely to unblock it…
Hopefully the OP will talk to IT.
How many public IP's does a uni get? OP could try asking for one so they don't need NAT
Where are you living? Sounds like it's a school or university network and they don't want people using it for gaming. Or their proxy settings prevent it.
You could try and play through a VPN but it would be terrible most likely. Your best bet would be to get your own internet. Maybe buy a wifi box or something?
