05 Area Code?

Hi all,

I just missed a call with an 05 area code, tried calling back but was unable to connect.

Any ideas what the 05 prefix is?

      i never call back missed numbers. if it is important they will leave a message. scammers, telemarketers and charity collectors don't leave messages.
