i don't believe the show is discounted yet, but if you keep an eye on lasttix i am sure towards the end of the run in Sydney they will go on sale.
I go to basically every Musical in Sydney using lasttix and it hasn't failed yet. If not that, try calling the box office at the lyric theatre the day of for cheaper tickets.
2 hours before the show they often sell tickets for $40-60. you are more likely to get this on a weekday. - but again i don't expect this to happen until the show has been running for a while. at the moment it is new and happening so shows are filling up
