The warranty on products relates direct to KC Hilites our main product supplier. Regardless where you may be, as you are the original purchaser you are covered by the warranty for 23 years on the products. KC Hilites have been in business for 47 years and are still going strong.
You can contact us for a warranty claim and we will file it with our KC Distributor here in Australia, likewise you can contact any KC Authorised dealer who can assist you.
If a halogen globe burns out, a protective cover fades, or an LED flickers, KC will cover you for warranty for a whole 23 years and KC support those who trust in their products. Hence why we only sell KC Hilites.
