I popped into Kmart Indooroopilly (QLD) and this lock was on yellow clearance tag for $1.50.

It is fairly light weight and comes with bicycle attachment as well.

    They should be set as 0000 by default. But once start using it, you can set it how you want it. Change it many times any time you want

  These locks generally are VERY easy to open. Even a COMPLETE novice could work out the combination in under a minute usually. They are more for the appearance of security than actual security.
