Recommended Method for Purchasing iPhone 6 32GB

I'd like to purchase an iPhone 6 32gb but the promotions we used to have such as Target, eBay Promotion 18% etc. have all been exhausted. Right now, I feel like the only option is to pay full retail price from Telstra/Apple. Can anyone suggest a better method so I can grab it at a bargain?
