    Mmmm, storage.

  • My HTC U11 says it can take a 2TB card and operate as if it's internal storage.

    Wait or buy this now???

U16 will be out by the time 2tb is affordable. This is a great deal.

    • That would be a loooong wait indeed GLO.

Moore's law is about transistors that can be fit in a die. And it died a year ago.
OK..OK… even if not exactly dead yet, and the issue is still being debated, the law is said to be slowing down. Though the theoretical limit of MicroSDXC is considered to be at 2TB, the progress towards that capacity is slowing. For e.g., even though this breakthrough from 2015 sounded promising, for quite some time now, the largest microSD storage size commercially available has remained at 256GB.

Even 512 GB cards have not gone mainstream, and they are prohibitively expensive even when you can find a genuine one.

TL;DR this deal sounds really tempting, and owning a card at this capacity would ensure your bragging rights for at least another year, easy.

      Just my $0.02
