I am trying to create an account on Amazon US website. When i try to enter my address, it gives me an error on zip code. It seems like it only accepts the 4 digit code as i cant enter a 5 digit ( US post codes), but when i enter my zip, it turns red and asks me to enter a valid zip or area code. Any suggestions?
I am trying to use my address in australia for shipping. Doesnt Amazon support Australian shipping address?
It varies by seller, but the site as a whole should.
They do, plenty of us use Amazon.
possible solution-
register with a US address. and then enter a secondary AU address.
make up the US address - i use : 1 street rd, Beverley Hills 90210
I will probably write to amazon as i can enter a US address but giving me same issue with entering an Australian address
Hey try changing the City box to your suburb, instead of actual city.
It's detecting you're from Australia most likely and restricting you to a 4 digit postcode.
Try talking to Amazon Support perhaps.
