28 Degrees to Draw out Money in Europe

hi guys,

Using the ozbargain favourite 28 degrees card, thinking of using it for the upcoming Europe Trip.

Read in the past of people using their card by "overpaying" their monthly spend and essentially loading up "cash" for their trip.

Then they use the card in atms overseas and they get favourable rates and no charges?

Can anyone confirm if this is still the case?

There is a fee for withdrawals now

I thought this card was cancelled by most ozbargain users by now. I definitely cancelled mine after Latitude took over and started charging to pay the thing off.
