What are you trying to order? Works for me for a product under $100 in the Delivery stage before payment, shows in checkout though then is removed later.

No such thing on the website unfortunately. Reason being while it might be out of stock online for delivery, it still might be available for Click and Collect.
Are you able to explain how that works? Do the online orders come from a warehouse or main store rather than our local store?
Online orders for delivery come from the warehouse. Online orders for Click and Collect are sourced from the store you chose to Click and Collect at. So if someone in store bought the item you had for Click and Collect before your order was picked and it was the last one in stock in that store, unfortunately that would mean that your Click and Collect order will need to be refunded (we don't store your card details for security and privacy reasons, which is why sometimes you have to call the store to process your refund)

Online orders needs to have higher priority as it’s already sold?Most of the items are in store only. Not available for delivery.
The system should allow us to filter out those that can be delivered, IMO@congngo: Feel free to e-mail [email protected] with your feedback. As much as I'd like to help you, there's nothing I can do about online orders.

@kerfuffle: someone from the store aka the staff itself buy the item. Seriously the online stock availability is a nightmare with dj and Myer. Both websites look the same too.

Very poor website this is the second time out of three attempts to purchase online only to find out it was out of stock.
