While searching for Bravecto came across Budget Pet Products prices which seem way lower than anyone else's at the moment.
Normally buy from Pet Circle currently $49.95 for large size. RSPCA $66.
All the Bravecto sizes are on sale if after another size.
Free shipping (aust post) if just buying Bravecto but they also have free courier delivery for orders over $49
Bravecto for Large Dogs $38.34 with Free Shipping @ Budget Pet Products

Granted its not fancy but seems to work :)
Surely MSY static pdf price lists was worse or even Myer's hopeless site?Yeah, MSY also sucks but this is awful.
The link you posted must be their mobile site but their desktop site isn't much better.
Good deal. Best price I've seen it too.
Even cheaper per unit price if you buy 2.
And save even more if you buy a larger size than your dog is and cut the tablet in half - we used to buy the 10-20kg 500mg Medium dog size but now buy the 20-40kg 1000mg Large dog tablet and cut in half…
The information leaflet states not to do this.
You've misinterpreted the info sheet - It shows a table of dog body weight and the dose (tablet) size for each weight range, then says "within each weight range, a whole tablet must be used. For dogs over 56kg use a combination of two tablets that match body weight" … What that means is that you have to ensure the right dose is given to your dog based on weight - a 10-20KG dog needs a 500Mg dose which the Medium Tablets has - a Large Tablet has 1000Mg so it's safe to cut that in half as each half will have 500Mg. This is discussed in lots of detail on pet forums - the only time it becomes an issue is some tablets/chews dry out after being unpacked and the dog may not eat it when dry.
a whole tablet must be used
That means exactly what it says, you aren't supposed to cut the tablets.
a Large Tablet has 1000Mg so it's safe to cut that in half as each half will have 500Mg
Who said "it's safe" and not according to the instructions, "whole tablet must be used".
This is discussed in lots of detail on pet forums
Pet forums aren't experts, if the active ingredient is not evenly dispersed throughout the tablet then you risk underdosing/overdosing your dog just to save some money.
I didn't buy a dog to save money and I'm not willing to risk his health because of internet experts on a forum.
I saw that but not having bought from them before I wonder if items are a bit short dated.
I doubt it, most reputable merchants would state the expiry if they were, especially since they're selling multiple packs and they are only taken every 3 or 4 months.
Onto this - thanks OP!
Good price, thanks.
Budget Pet Products sure do have a budget website, that has to be the worst site I've ever seen.
