Looking to pick up a new TV. Don't have too much to spend and not keen on Plasma. Have seen a Sony EX500 46" at Grays online. Looks very tempting but never purchased from them before. Claims to be new(soiled package) with 1 year warranty. Would prefer to expend that to 3 or 5 years but no options from them.
Any other brands similar deals would to consider?
don't care for 200HZ. 100HZ is fine. Not interested in 3D. No ethernet,SD card etc doesn't bother me as I'm going to be using an HTPC with XBMC.

This has a 3 year warranty standard and you can extend it to 5 years for another $99.95. Only trouble is that it's only a 50HZ.

Anyway, if you go down to your local retailers and do some price matching, you should come out on top, as you could possibly sell off the 22" TV to someone else :)
